Ravello Support has moved to My Oracle Support.

To open new technical issues or track existing issues, log into the Ravello cloud service, click on “Help & Support”, and then select “My Oracle Support". To contact Oracle Support by phone, refer to the Oracle Support Contacts Global Directory, scroll down that page past the Acquired Product Support section and the Online Support section for the list of phone numbers by country.

Applications Page

You can design, deploy and manage your applications from the Applications module.

The Applications page lists the applications instances created, and indicates the aggregated status of their VMs. From this page you can create application instances and manage existing ones.

Tip: You can filter the list in any tab by entering a partial or full string in the Filter field.

One or more additional design tabs appear when you create a new application instance or open an existing one, or when you open existing blueprints. Design tabs contain the design editor, and constitute the workspace for the application design.

Click an application name to display its properties. The name of the application appears at the top of the page.
