Ravello Support has moved to My Oracle Support.

To open new technical issues or track existing issues, log into the Ravello cloud service, click on “Help & Support”, and then select “My Oracle Support". To contact Oracle Support by phone, refer to the Oracle Support Contacts Global Directory, scroll down that page past the Acquired Product Support section and the Online Support section for the list of phone numbers by country.

How to update your billing information

In order to update your billing information, you must be an Admin in your organization.

  1. Please Log-in to your Ravello account.

  2. Click on Admin.

  3. Choose Billing and Budget:

On the top right, click on the link "To access your account information, click here"

This will redirect you to a 3rd party charging service site (step #3, 4,5) unless you are an Oracle store customer, you will then be redirected to the store and you can update the billing information there.


3. Under "Active Subscriptions", go to "Payment Method" and click on "change"


4. click on "use a new card"


5. Add the details of your CC and click on "submit"

Note: Deleting the credit card does not cancel your account in Ravello. In order to cancel your account you need to contact Ravello support and ask for cancellation.
