Effective June 19, 2017, support for the Ravello cloud services will transition to My Oracle Support (MOS) and the Oracle support hotlines and will no longer be provided through the Ravello Support portal. How to update your billing information

In order to update your billing information, you must be an Admin in your organization.

  1. Please Log-in to your Ravello account.

  2. Click on Admin.

  3. Choose Billing and Budget:

On the top right, click on the link "To access your account information, click here"

This will redirect you to a 3rd party charging service site (step #3, 4,5) unless you are an Oracle store customer, you will then be redirected to the store and you can update the billing information there.

3. Under "Active Subscriptions", go to "Payment Method" and click on "change"

4. click on "use a new card"

5. Add the details of your CC and click on "submit"

Note: Deleting the credit card does not cancel your account in Ravello. In order to cancel your account you need to contact Ravello support and ask for cancellation.
