Ravello Support has moved to My Oracle Support.

To open new technical issues or track existing issues, log into the Ravello cloud service, click on “Help & Support”, and then select “My Oracle Support". To contact Oracle Support by phone, refer to the Oracle Support Contacts Global Directory, scroll down that page past the Acquired Product Support section and the Online Support section for the list of phone numbers by country.

Instance editor

  • Concurrent editing of instances from two different UIs is not supported.
  • A required service interface should be connected to one supplied service interface only. If multiple services are required you should create multiple required service interfaces on the calling machine.
  • When changing a supplied service interface IP, port or host name, it is sometimes necessary to restart the network on the guest machine after the changes are published to the cloud.
